Mr. and Mrs. McLeod | Janet Ayers Chapel Wedding | Cannery Ballroom Reception
I love this couple and I'm so thankful that I got to photograph their wedding day! Kimberly and Will are so much fun! They compliment each other so well - Will is so mellow and go with the flow and Kimberly is so bubbly and seriously has the type of smile that could light up a room. They are the ultimate Nashville couple - they both work and live downtown. You may remember their engagement session that we did on Vanderbilt's campus and downtown. It seriously captures them so perfectly! And their wedding day was such a representation of them and all the things that mean so much in their lives!
There was not a dry eye in the house for their Nashville wedding. Their ceremony was at the Janet Ayers Chapel at Belmont, and before it even started Kimberly shared so many special moments with her mom, dad and bridesmaids that I was in tears. The ceremony was beautiful and so emotion-filled. Looking back, I think both first rows of family all had tissues in their hands.
The reception was at Cannery Ballroom, which was the perfect setting for this couple. So many incredible views of downtown. And I knew when I heard "Semi-Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind play almost immediately after the first dances it was going to be a good night. I don't think there was a single song that everyone didn't sing along to. And I love those kind of receptions!
Of course the day would not have been possible without these amazing vendors. Each of them made the day come to life!
