Mr. and Mrs. Birge | Kentucky Wedding Photographer

Kelly and Austin tied the knot on Austin's family property in Glasgow, KY this September. And everything about it was perfect - from Kelly and her girls getting ready in the house her and Austin will call home, to the cows across the street, and even the rain.

Kelly was a senior back when I was a freshman at Lipscomb, and although I didn't know her too well I always remember her as someone super fun, sweet and talented. When she asked me to photograph her wedding I felt so honored. Her family and friends are the most fun and real kind of people. I didn't get to meet Austin until wedding day, but he was the most kind and calm groom I have met. I see now how they are made so perfectly for each other!

They didn't let anything disrupt the peace or steal their joy on their wedding day. Not even the constant downpour that happened - all 4 1/2 inches of rain. Kelly was so calm and peaceful - even in the times we had to do photos under the front porch and when their ceremony got moved to underneath the tent. And I really think that's why their day was so perfect. Not because of the things or the place, but because of the people that surrounded Austin and Kelly with joy.

See more of their beautiful day below and be sure to check out the amazing vendors! Thanks friends!
