Mr. and Mrs. Ranfeld | Nashville Wedding Photographer

This couple. This wedding. Oh my goodness.

I was second shooting for the wonderful, beautiful, talented Shelby M'lynn Photography. We headed to Cleveland, TN to the GORGEOUS Black Fox Farms. We were both in photographer's heaven walking around this farm. There were so many perfect spots for photos. It had the most peaceful, serene feeling about it on this day.

When we walked into the cabin where the girls were getting ready I was so surprised to see a few familiar faces. I didn't know Darcy but she had recently graduated from Lipscomb, and I had some classes with a few of her bridesmaids.

And then I headed over to the lower level of the barn where the guys were getting ready. Spencer was writing his beautiful bride a sweet letter. The most special moment happened soon after, when the dads and groomsmen gathered in prayer around Spencer.

The entire wedding party and family were so, so sweet to us. They were all filled with the most genuine joy and happiness. I could feel it so much that I teared up several times as I was capturing their day.

It's always fun being a second photographer - I get to play around with different angles and see things from an outside perspective. I very rarely know the couple before the wedding day as a second shooter. But on the way to Cleveland, Shelby shared some sweet things about Spencer and Darcy with me. And then when I finally got the chance to see them together during and after the ceremony, I could really feel how deeply in love they are.
